It is some years that we have increased our products with continuous development of production volume and variation and fortunately we have been able to sell all of our products .we , hereby, thank all our customers for this attention and their trust, but why do we try to continue this permanent development?

We believe in globalization

We believe that the development of technology and expansion of communication and information, have created such an environment that customers can find cheaper products with higher quality; and limitations and interior regulations are not able to avoid this situation. We accept this event as globalization of economy and also as an inevitable fact and try to prepare PARCHSAZ Co. to reach this target.

PARCHSAZ Co. has made some investments and other activities to reach this purpose as followings:

Technical Quality Management (TQM)

This management method prepares PARCHSAZ Co. for globalization and promotes the quality level of all activities of company.

The satisfaction of customers and preparation of their requirements are in special priority for the company. Although this management method is not known in Iran, PARCHSAZ Co. has attempted a lot with sufficient researches to perform it appropriately and logical to set aside traditional management systems to reach a higher quality level.

Production Quality Of   PARCH SAZ Co.

Regarding national and international standards is not the only reason for high quality of our products, but the application of products, prices and other requirements of customers demand the high level of quality in various stages as followings and each stage includes lower stages to reach ideal level of quality.

At present, quality is in four levels in PARCHSAZ Co.:

      1-    Conform to standards

      2-    Conform to applications

      3-    Low prices

      4-    Conform to unexplained requirements of customers

PARCHSAZ Co. has passed first and second levels approximately and has attempted to reduce prices. The company is now trying to copy the strategy of well- known European and American producers of rivet to reach the fourth level of quality.

Human Resources

Attracting skillful and proficient human powers is one of the most important essentials in PARCHSAZ Co. to lead the company toward prosperity and progress. For this reason training staff and employing   high-educated workers have been notable policies of the company.

during recent years in PARCHSAZ Co. considers at least BSc certificate for administrations and at least high school diploma for machinery operators. This policy targets to increase the knowledge of staff to develop their proficiency and skill to use their innovation and initiation in order to redress production process and replace automation with manual labor.

QSILC

This unit of the company includes five stages of Quality Control, standard, Investigation, Laboratory and calibration and executes a series of activities to control and investigate production process to improve the quality of products. This unit has been successful to perform its significant and advantageous responsibility gradually and according to need and progress of company. The function of this unit includes following stages:

Control and Test in all Production Stages

It performs different tests in all stages of production to lead the company to produce its products based on requirements and necessities of customers. These tests include following stages:

Tension and Cutting Resistance

It measures and adapts tension and cutting resistance of rivets according to standard schedules of PARCHSAZ Co. from initial stages of production to the last stages.

Rigidity Test

The possibility to measure rigidity of rivets such as steel rivets with new technologies is prepared in PARCHSAZ Co. to provide the requirements of customers with appropriate raw materials and suitable thermo-operations.
 

Salt Spray Test

It controls galvanized cover of steel products by salt spray test and offers test report to the customers to compare with their requirements.
 

Raw Material Test

PARCHSAZ Co. also controls the quality of raw materials in addition to production stages.

Dimension Test of Moulds and Products

The dimensions of moulds and products are measured accurately with profile projector machine up to 50 times greater.

Function Test of Products

According to multiple functions of some special rivets and work pieces, they rivets some similar sample pieces of metal to desirable pieces of customer to assure the function of rivets .The function of rivets is evaluated in this stage.

Chemical Test

Chemical laboratory of PARCHSAZ Co. executes required chemical tests to control chemical solutions which are used in production lines.

Saving the Environment

Paying more attention to save the environment, PARCHSAZ Co. examines automatically the industrial waste-water which is produced in washing and galvanizing   units and takes their hard and harmful ions.

Investment in Hardware

Increasing the Length of   Production Line

Providing raw materials and other services to produce nail, rivet and other products was difficult in the past and sometimes with high prices if the customer had ordered small amount of products and in high quality.

So PARCHSAZ Co. decided to add new production lines and increase the length of other lines to provide the possibility to produce orders of customers with appropriate quality and price.

For example producing wires with ± 0.05 mm tolerance in low volume and with suitable quality is difficult in Iran; so, the company added a pulling line for steel, copper and aluminum wires with heat operation kiln to its production lines to use rods instead of wires to prepare required tolerance. Moreover, foreign relations with some countries such as Taiwan was expanded to receive moulds and spare parts and moulding   unit of company was developed and equipped more.

Automation

All activities of company including manufacturing and administration are being automated by TOTAL SYSTEM comprehensive system. The system is produced by one of the expert units and PARCHSAZ Co. tries to improve it day by day.

Improvement of Galvanized Unit

Despite the gradual automation on all manufacturing lines of PARCHSAZ Co., the galvanized line is being automated beneficially. The automatic galvanized line of   PARCHSAZ Co. is being used now as the supreme unit of the company in advertisements.

Anodization Unit

The limited request of markets for color aluminum rivets encouraged PARCHSAZ Co. to establish a small but efficient unit of Anodization to provide the requirement of color rivets.

All above-mentioned activities and also claimed continuous development of PARCHSAZ Co. are apparent in surprising more than 500 models of various products. Accepting specific orders of customers demands more everyday variety; so that, we add more than 50 models to our products each year to cover more requirements of customers. All of these activities which require motivation, hard- working, big investment and efficient knowledge have been practical in PARCHSAZ Co. by trust and support of our customers.
