Applying Rivets

To connect two or more segments, you should select the proper rivet, then put segments on each other and try puncturing. Now put rivet into the hole and try riveting machine after regarding following items:

1-     Apply appropriate nipple on the tip of riveting machine. The diameter of the hole of nipple should be equal with the diameter of rivet.

2-     The head of riveting machine should be vertical on the surface of segments.

3-     Put segments exactly on each other because the resistance of nail is enough only for riveting. If you try to bring close together the segments by means of rivet, the nail of rivet may be cut sooner and riveting be left incomplete.

Connection of More Than Two Segments:

In connection of more than two segments, sometimes the place of riveting is not specified, so workers make a hole with more diameter than standards. In such these cases, pay attention to make a hole on the lower segment exactly according to standards and increase the holes of other segments.
