Rivet:
Rivets are some
industrial means to make permanent connections between two or more
segments. This method is easy, simple and cheap. Using rivets, we are
able to connect any segment of aluminum, copper, steel, wood, plastic,
etc. According to qualification of rivets, no other connection method is
cheaper, easier and safer than rivets.
Not only rivets are a
mechanical connection mean, but also they are useful for electrical
connection, axis, hinge, decoration and other purposes.
Rivets are not flexible
with the innovation and imagination of designers.

Qualification of
Rivet and Special Rivet:
Rivets can be
categorized according to the shape of their bodies instead of their
quality such as solid, semi-solid and hallow rivets.
Another categorization
is according to the shape of the head of rivets such as lens-head,
flat-head, flat lens-head and others. All kinds of rivet can be ordinary
or round-head.
Some special standards
are regarded for rivets. These standards are the common factor between
consumer and producer. In the past, such these standards were the sign
of quality of rivet somehow but today they are required by costumers and
the quality of Parch Saz Co. is to supply the needs of costumers
although most of out costumers accept ISO, DIN and other known
standards.
Parch Saz Co. produces
special rivets beside ordinary rivets. Special rivet is a kind of rivets
which the costumer orders and is specialized for electrical or other
mechanical purposes such as axis or decoration. Producing such these
rivets usually requires special methods and some of them have different
tolerance with known rivets. Special rivets are produced according to
the order of costumers. As the amount of order is one of the most
important factors to define the price of rivet, special rivets are more
expensive than known rivets.
